Job Role: Maternity cover for 9 months. Training would be supplied for at least two weeks prior to current

treatment coordinator beginning their maternity leave. We are flexible with working hours arrangement.

Minimum: 16 hours as a minimum.

Maximum: 25 hours but this could be spread over 3, 4 or 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the dental team and patients, ensuring a smooth and positive

experience throughout their treatment journey.

• Utilise your experience as a Treatment Coordinator to effectively communicate treatment plans, financial

information, and appointment scheduling to patients.

• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate and manage treatment schedules, ensuring optimal patient

care and clinic efficiency.

• Demonstrate proficiency in dental software systems to maintain accurate patient records and treatment

plans.

• Utilise social media platforms to engage with patients, share educational content, and promote the

practice's services.

• Proficiently use iTero scanners to scan patients, ensuring accurate digital records for treatment planning

purposes. (Training can be provided for the right candidate.)

• Capture the magic of our patients' transformations with your photography skills. Ability to take high-quality

photos for documentation and promotional purposes is a plus!


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Nurse is essential. Experience as a dental receptionist is also desirable.

• Experience in a Dental Treatment coordinator role is desirable but not essential.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing related content is highly desirable.

• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive patient experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse dental team.

• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Confidence in using the iTero scanner is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

• A can-do attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
