Visodental is a small independent practice with a main focus of providing our patients with the highest standard of care. We are expanding our practice and now require a Trainee Dental Nurse

To be considered for this position the candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who fulfils the following requirements;

·        Be able to work well as part of a team and independently, maintaining high standards of patient care.

·        Be passionate about caring for patients.

·        Be computer literate, although this is not essential.

·        Must have a positive attitude to continual learning and improvement of knowledge and skills whilst gaining their dental nurse qualification.

Job Description:

• To ensure that the clinical areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained to an exemplary standard as per our cross infection and sterilisation practice policies.

·        To ensure our patients receive excellent customer care at all times

·        To aid in all record keeping and perform other clerical duties.

·        Undertake regular continual professional development to increase skills and knowledge.

·        Maintain stock levels in the surgeries.

·        To set out surgery for each treatment to include all materials and equipment required.

·        To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.

·        To keep accurate clinical records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy.

·        To undertake some reception duties as required.

Full – time / Part – time options available.

Salary: From £9.00 / hour. Will be reviewed at agreed intervals as experience increases.
