A new opening for a New Team member at RDC, Full time receptionist

Practice

Randalstown Dental Clinic is located in Randalstown, just 28 minutes from Belfast and very close to the M2. Offering dental treatments in a modern environment with a fabulous team of experienced dentists, nurses, receptionists & practice manager. RDC patients are predominantly private, Denplan. Plenty of free parking is available as well as lovely walks with many of the team who get their steps in via the picturesque viaduct over lunch

Duties & responsibilities

Greeting & looking after patients before, during & after their time at the clinic

Dealing with patients enquires via email, telephone & social media

Making appointments

Taking payments etc

Communicate effectively with other team members & patients

Refer patients

Essential Criteria

Strong friendly communications skills

Good organisation skills

Confident in dealing with people

Excellent multitask skills

Desirable Experience

Previous Dental or reception-based employment
