The Practice Manager will have a range of patient care, organisational and financial responsibilities. Running and being in control of 12 staff, the position will be working to ensure patients and the Team are happy and getting the best from the practice talents and resources. Dental experience and knowledge is essential. Must be able to drive team members and deliver high standards with a natural warmth coupled with an ability to work with focus and agility.
