Job Description:

To perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting the dentists or therapist s/he has been appointed with in a safe and effective manner.

• To ensure that the surgical areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained to an exemplary standard
• To aid in record keeping and perform other clerical duties.
• Maintain stock levels in the surgeries
• To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
• To keep accurate records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy.

Essential requirements

Qualification registrable with the GDC or GDC registered 

Honesty

Word processing and computer experience

Ability to work within a team but also work independently when required.

GCSE C grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Highly organised

Desirable attributes

Prior experience in Private practice

experience in customer facing role

Salary: dependent on experience

Computer literate
